Äsja põrus Iirimaa rahvahääletusel läbi järjekordne Euroopa Liidu põhiseaduse projekt. Milline on tõenäosus, et EU poolt soovitav põhjalik ning detailne koostöölepe Venemaaga kinnitatakse kõigi 27 liikmesriigi parlamentide poolt?
Andrei Fedyashin ütleb selle kohta RIA Novosti kolumnis tabavalt:
The start of the talks has already been delayed several times, and we have enough patience to wait for the PCA's ratification. But we find it difficult to understand why Russia is being used as a guinea pig in the process of formulating a common European foreign policy.
